Her husband at the time found her lying dead in the bathroom of a rented house in London. The authorities pronounced her dead as a result of an overdose. It was declared after her autopsy that the overdose was unintentional and her death was not suicide. The coroner made it clear that Judy’s death was accidental and not forced or intentional in any way or form.
Judy’s husband Dean took her body to America where she was buried in Manhattan. However, the icon’s remains were shifted to Hollywood Los Angeles where she is buried to this day.
